This handsome building in the heart of London’s Mayfair underwent external cleaning and enhancements, as well as extensive internal improvements to make it a contemporary and efficient office space.

With a refreshed façade and modernised commercial spaces, we were drafted in to define the proposition and brand for this elegant and historic property.
Approach
A brand inspired by heritage but with sights fixed firmly on the future. One Grafton Street stands within the original gardens of Devonshire House, a footnote in history reflected in the façades decorative floral stonework.
The building’s striking organic shaped ironwork and a classic floral design combine to form the supporting brand assets. Paired with a contemporary logotype, we created a visual representation of the Modern Heritage proposition.
