Brand

Trillium | Balance By Design | Linassi+Co

A trio of towers at the gateway to London’s West End, including what will be the tallest building in Westminster, Trillium is the signature residential development from Berkeley St Edward. Conceived around wellness, materiality, and calm, it applies slow design principles to offer a more balanced way of city living.

Trillium asked us to create a brand identity that reflected its quiet ambition and captured the contrast of the experience of living well in the city. The challenge was to create something distinctive but never showy, modern but grounded in human values.

We developed Balance by Design as the foundation for the brand, a proposition that expressed the intent behind the architecture and shaped how the story would be told. From tone to typography, the identity unites contrast and calm, movement and stillness becoming a quiet reflection of both the architectural vision and the lives the development is designed to hold.

Insight

Finding the thread

We look for the thread that connects the ideas of a brand, then use it to guide everything from naming and positioning to visual identity and tone.

For Trillium, that thread was balance: between the city’s energy and private calm, between architectural scale and human experience. Placing this idea at the heart of the brand ensured every element felt intentional, aligned, and enduring.
