Set within a restored Art Nouveau courthouse, this landmark development brings Mandarin Oriental’s first branded residences to Austria. Developed by Brisen, the upper floors have been transformed into a collection of classical apartments and contemporary duplex homes within a strikingly reimagined roof structure.
Brisen commissioned us to help bring the residences to market with a narrative and suite of materials that honoured the building’s heritage while aligning with Mandarin Oriental’s precision, elegance, and world-renowned reputation.
In close collaboration with Brisen and Mandarin Oriental, we developed a brand proposition that captured the essence of the residences: where historical significance meets understated elegance. From layout and language to imagery and finish, every element of the brochure and collateral was designed to reflect the precision of the restoration, the lifestyle on offer, and the character of Vienna itself.
