BPTP is one of Delhi’s most established developers, traditionally focused on volume-driven housing. Amstoria Verti-Greens marked a shift towards a more design-led, wellness-focused offering—a development that combined scale with sensitivity and aimed to set a new standard for urban living.
The challenge was to position Verti-Greens as a distinct and desirable product in a highly competitive market, capturing the development’s unique emphasis on biophilic architecture, expansive sky terraces, microclimate, and wellbeing.
We helped define a new direction for BPTP, starting with a clear brand proposition and identity for Verti-Greens. From there, we created a brand narrative grounded in design and wellness principles, a bespoke visual identity and naming system, and a complete suite of launch materials—including brochure, film, and advertising—to ensure a confident and impactful market debut.
Together, these elements created instant recognition and communicated BPTP’s shift in focus, signalling a new way of living to both the market and their buyers.
