Based in Suffolk, Spirit Yachts has been handcrafting exquisite wooden sail and power yachts since 1993. Their designs, a seamless blend of classic craftsmanship and modern innovation, have earned global recognition, including starring roles in James Bond’s Casino Royale and No Time to Die.
A client since 2016, Spirit Yachts asked us to redesign and build a new website to reflect their evolution. Our goal was to simplify the user experience while championing their leadership in sustainable yacht building. As their reputation and requirements grew, so did the need for a digital presence that reflected their craftsmanship, innovation, and unmistakable elegance.
Like Spirit Yachts’ own designs, the website needed to be a modern classic – elegant, intuitive, and built to last. Every detail was considered, from compass-inspired button animations to diagonal motifs echoing the proud profile of a yacht’s bow. A considered mix of serif and sans-serif typography balances tradition with contemporary design, reinforcing Spirit’s reputation for both heritage and innovation.
