The name Pacika means ‘kitchen’ in Sanskrit. The logo design was inspired by the traditional Indian art form of Rangoli or Kolam. This is the age-old art of creating designs by hand, with rice flour, as a welcoming gesture. They represent harmony in nature and prosperity and are often found in the courtyard of south Indian homes.
