One Grafton Street is transforming. This handsome building in the heart of London’s Mayfair is undergoing external cleaning and enhancements, as well as extensive internal improvements to make it a contemporary and efficient office space. We defined the proposition and brand for this elegant and historic commercial property.

A brand inspired by heritage but with sights fixed firmly on the future. One Grafton Street stands within the original gardens of Devonshire House, a footnote in history reflected in the facades decorative floral stonework. The building’s striking organic shaped ironwork and a classic floral design combine to form the supporting brand assets. Paired with a contemporary logotype, we created a visual representation of the Modern Heritage proposition.
