We know BLINK.
After helping define who they are, BLINK was ready to celebrate this across their social channels with our unique brand-focused approach. In a single organic year, BLINK was liked, loved, and followed over 75,000 times across its core social channels; LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Using the brand book we created as our counsel, we curate content to engage, inform and delight while subtly introducing the audience to the values and character that make BLINK a firm you want to get to know and join on their creative journeys.
We delivered a mix of brand messaging, project launches, press releases and team stories across 250+ posts, reels and stories – all strongly aligned with their brand values. We reached an audience of 254,406 combined users, and the posts enjoyed a total of 11,126 likes, comments and shares.
A core channel for BLINK, LinkedIn recorded almost 337,000 impressions and over 2,000 new followers, including some high-profile hospitality leaders. Over the 126 posts shared throughout the year, we recorded more than 55k engagements.
In the 12 months from September 2021 to September 2022, BLINK’s Pinterest account went from 0 to 405 followers. The channel has 417,510 monthly views, with each post being saved by users hundreds of times. The top post received 64,000 impressions and sent 114 people to the website.
Fifteen & Beyond
At the end of 2021, BLINK planned to celebrate 15 years since Clint Nagata founded the firm. To mark this milestone, we created a temporary XV logo adaptation and campaign to support the celebrations on social. Using our brand narrative, the BLINK filmmaker created a celebration video. We cut teasers, stories and reels to build excitement, extend the engagement and share the final full release.
Regent Phu Quoc Resort Launch
Rather than override the consistent content with a resort opening, we decided to craft separate plans for the launches of BLINK-designed properties.
Liaising with the Regent marketing team in Phu Quoc, we created staged launch plans to deep-dive into the initial vision, design exploration, evolution, build and final opening celebrations. This approach has been replicated for all openings since.
