3 Hay Hill

3 Hay Hill is the latest F&B unit to become available in this grand mixed-use building in London’s Mayfair. Minutes from Berkeley Square and Regent Street, the current tenants are a mix of destination brands.

We looked to celebrate the existing destination brands and exclusive community to attract a new F&B brand.

Setting the tone as warm, approachable and contemporary, we created a set of elegant abstract shapes versatile enough to apply to any potential destination brand for the units should they become available in the future. The arts, wellness, fashion or F&B, all are welcome at Hay Hill.
